You want to publish a course
The Creators’ Corner explains how publishing works, who it is for and what you need ready before you propose a course.
You have a wider eLearning project
Designing, digitising, producing or managing a whole programme is handled by Neda eLearning Solutions rather than through this platform.

Learning on Neda eCampus
What is Neda eCampus?
Neda eCampus is a professional learning platform. It connects people looking for practical professional development with the experts, educators, organisations, corporations and academic institutions that have knowledge to share, and brings several different forms of digital learning together in one place.
What learning formats are available?
Five. Neda Audio Pro is audio courses for professionals. Neda Live Class is instructor-led online courses. Neda Flex Learn is self-paced online courses. Neda Skill Bites is focused microlearning. Neda Quest Lab is gamified, scenario-based learning missions, and is the one still to come — it is marked coming next rather than open for enrolment. Each has its own page explaining who it suits and how it is delivered.
What are Studios and Academies?
Two ways of exploring the catalogue by who teaches, rather than by format. A Studio is the space of an independent creator or a small team — one voice, with everything they publish in one place. An Academy is the larger, structured area of an organisation or institution, covering a broad field of learning. You can browse either from the home page, and a course is delivered the same way however you found it.
How do I enrol on a course?
Choose a course and complete the checkout. Your place is then set up for you automatically — there is nothing to claim, activate or wait for afterwards, and no second registration on the platform that delivers the course.
Are there free courses?
Yes. A free course still goes through the checkout, as an order with a total of zero, and enrols you automatically like any other. You are not asked for payment details.
What is an enrolment key, and how do I get one?
Some courses are opened with a key issued by the course creator rather than bought in the catalogue. Keys are reserved for academic institutions, non-profit organisations, NGOs and other non-commercial use, so they come from the organisation running the course, not from us.
How do I pay for a course?
At the checkout, with the payment methods offered to you there. The seller is Neda eLearning Solutions in Austria, and you are sent a confirmation with an order number — worth keeping, because it is the quickest way for us to find a purchase if you ever need us to.
Your account
Do I need a separate account for the learning platform?
No. One Neda eCampus account signs you in to this website and to whichever platform your course is delivered on. You never keep a second password and you never have to connect the two accounts yourself.
Where do I find the courses I am enrolled on?
Under My courses in your account menu. Everything you are enrolled on is listed there — whichever platform delivers it — with a link straight into each course.
Where do I find my certificates and badges?
In the Achievement Vault, which sits behind your account: what your courses have awarded you is collected in one place rather than left scattered across the platforms that delivered them. What a particular course awards, and what you have to do to earn it, is decided by that course rather than by the platform.
In which time zone are course dates and live sessions shown?
In yours. Dates, deadlines and live sessions are stored without a time zone attached and rendered in the one set on your profile, so a session at 14:00 in Vienna shows as 15:00 to someone whose profile says Bucharest. Until you set your own, times are shown in Vienna time.
You can change it at any time in your profile on the learning platform. Everything with a date attached follows the change immediately.
Can I read the site in another language?
Yes — use the language selector in the header. Courses themselves are in the language the creator published them in, which is stated on the course. Becoming properly multilingual is part of the direction we are building towards, not something we claim is finished.
What if I have an accessibility need?
Accessibility tools are available from every page, and the site publishes an accessibility statement setting out where we currently stand. If something on the site or in a course is in your way, please tell us with the form above — that is the fastest route to getting it fixed.
Access, changes and your data
How long do I keep access to a course?
For as long as the course is available on the platform. We deliberately do not describe this as lifetime access: the content is not kept for ever, and we would rather tell you that than promise something we cannot keep. The archival and retention conditions that follow are being finalised, and will be published in the Archival and Retention Policy.
What happens if a course is archived?
It leaves the catalogue and its creator can no longer edit it, but everyone who already has access keeps it. The conditions for archiving a course, and for bringing one back, are being finalised and will be published in the Archival and Retention Policy.
Can a course be deleted while I am still enrolled on it?
No. Once a course has a learner who paid for it, deletion is switched off for that course. That is enforced by the platform rather than left to a promise.
What happens to my personal data?
We hold what an account and an enrolment actually need, and we try not to accumulate anything we cannot justify. Profile pictures are not fetched from an outside avatar service, so simply loading a page does not hand your email address to a third party. The privacy policy and the data retention summary, both linked in the footer, set out the detail.
Something in a course is broken. Who do I tell?
Use the form above and choose “A course or my enrolment”. Tell us the course name and what you were doing when it went wrong. If the problem is with the teaching rather than the platform, we will pass it to the creator responsible for that course.
Paying, refunds and cancellation
Can I change my mind after buying a course?
If you buy as a consumer, the law gives you fourteen days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Because a course is made available to you straight away, we ask you at the checkout to agree to that immediate access and to acknowledge that agreeing ends the fourteen-day right — a tick box that is never pre-ticked. Leave it unticked and access begins only after the fourteen days, and you can withdraw at any point before then. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out both routes in full.
What if a course is not what its page described?
Then we refund it in full, whatever you ticked at the checkout — that is your statutory warranty, not a favour. The same applies if a fault on our side keeps you out of the course and we do not fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, or if we remove the course from the platform within thirty days of your purchase for any reason other than your own breach of the terms. Write to info@neda-els.com and tell us what is wrong.
I bought the wrong course, or bought one twice.
Tell us within fourteen days and, as long as you have not opened it, we will refund it. That one is goodwill rather than an obligation — and it is quicker for both of us than asking your bank to reverse the payment.
What does a refund do to my access?
The course leaves your account at the moment the refund is made, any certificate issued for it is withdrawn, and your progress is deleted with the enrolment. If you buy the course again later, you start from the beginning. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, in the currency you were charged in.
And a free course, or one opened with a key?
Nothing was paid, so there is nothing to refund. You can leave a free or key-based course at any time from your course list.
Publishing on Neda eCampus
Who can publish a course on Neda eCampus?
Subject-matter experts, trainers and facilitators, consultants and practitioners, academics and researchers, professional associations, corporations, non-governmental organisations, public institutions, universities and other education providers, and specialist training organisations.
How do I propose a course?
Start in the Creators’ Corner. Proposals are reviewed for relevance, quality, suitability and alignment with the Neda eCampus values and standards before a course goes live, so it is a conversation rather than an upload form.
You choose the delivery platform yourself when you create the course. The learning format you pick — audio, live, self-paced and so on — does not decide that for you; the two are separate choices.
What do I need ready before I propose a course?
A defined area of expertise, an existing course or a sufficiently developed course concept, the learning materials or the ability to prepare them, and a willingness to follow the platform’s quality and review requirements. Submission requirements, format guidance and instructions for preparing a course are given to you once you start.
What do the creator packages cost?
A Single Course Space is 250 EUR a year for one course. A Learning Studio is 1,100 EUR a year for up to five. A Learning Academy is 4,000 EUR a year for up to twenty. All three are per year and exclude VAT, and the price per course falls as the package grows. Academy+ is quoted for your organisation rather than priced in a package. The Creators’ Corner sets out what each one includes.
What is included in a package?
Neda Creator — our own authoring tool — at no extra charge, a space of your own for your courses, secure managed hosting with maintenance and platform updates, one-account sign-in for you and for your learners, and 24/7 technical support. You are paying for the space and the service around it, not separately for the tool you build the course with.
What is Academy+?
A learning platform of your own rather than a space on Neda eCampus: the structure and branding are shaped around your organisation, and how many courses you build is agreed with you rather than set by a package. We handle the setup, the hosting, the maintenance and the updates. It is quoted case by case, so it starts with a conversation.
How do I buy a package?
By talking to us. Every package in the Creators’ Corner has a contact button rather than a checkout: tell us which one fits and what you plan to build, and we set the space up and take you to the Admin Area to start.
Can I move to a bigger package later?
Yes. A larger package adds course spaces, and nothing you have already built is affected.
Can I build a course with colleagues?
Yes. You can invite people to a course and choose what each of them can do: build it with you, comment on it as a reviewer, or simply view it. They work on the content; they do not receive the gradebook or the course’s commercial settings.
What happens if I stop paying?
Learners who already have access keep it, and your space is paused rather than deleted. Exactly what happens to a course when a renewal lapses is being finalised together with the archival and retention conditions, and will be published in the Archival and Retention Policy.
