This page tells you who runs Neda eCampus and how to reach us. It gives the information required by § 5 of the Austrian E-Commerce Act (E-Commerce-Gesetz, ECG), § 63 of the Austrian Trade Act (Gewerbeordnung, GewO) and § 25 of the Austrian Media Act (Mediengesetz, MedienG), and the points of contact required by Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act. It covers nedaecampus.com and our learning sites: learn.nedaecampus.com, openedx.nedaecampus.com, auth.nedaecampus.com and creator.nedaecampus.com.

In this page and our other policies, “Neda”, “we” and “us” mean this business.

3. Registration and tax

  • Trade register (GISA) number: 35718079

VAT. We are a small business (Kleinunternehmer) under § 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz, UStG). Our sales are exempt from Austrian VAT, so we do not charge VAT and none is shown on our prices or invoices. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Trade licence and supervision

  • Trade licence: as entered in the Austrian trade register (GISA) under number 35718079; its wording can be looked up free of charge in the public register at gisa.gv.at
  • Supervisory (trade) authority: the district administrative authority (Bezirksverwaltungsbehörde) responsible for our trade location, as recorded in the trade register
  • Chamber: member of the Austrian Economic Chamber
  • Trade regulations: Gewerbeordnung 1994, available free of charge at ris.bka.gv.at (the Austrian federal legal information system)

5. Media owner and editorial line (§ 25 MedienG)

  • Media owner: the business named in section 1, at the address given there.
  • Business activity: running an online learning platform; selling online courses, both our own and courses licensed to us by independent course creators; providing course-authoring tools and related e-learning services.
  • Ownership: Neda eLearning Solutions is the business of Khusraw Parwez, a sole trader, who owns it outright. No other person holds an interest in it.
  • Editorial line: information about the courses and services offered on Neda eCampus, and the publication of professional learning content written by Neda and by independent course creators. The sites carry educational and commercial content. They do not follow a political line.

6. Points of contact under the Digital Services Act

Our single point of contact is the same for public authorities (Article 11 of the Digital Services Act) and for you as a user of our services (Article 12):

Authorities: please put “DSA — authority” in the subject line. Users: you can write to us directly and quickly, and you will reach a person, not only an automated system. To report content you believe is illegal, please use the procedure on our Copyright and takedown page, so that your notice contains everything we need to act on it.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

How to complain to us, and our position on alternative dispute resolution for consumers, are explained on the Dispute resolution page. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we no longer link to it.

8. Courses by independent creators

Many courses on Neda eCampus are written by independent course creators, who are named on the course page. Creators supply their material to us under the Creator Agreement and are responsible for having the rights to it and for its lawfulness. We sell every course, including creator courses, in our own name, so if you buy a course you deal with us, and we are responsible to you as the seller under consumer law.

When we learn that a course contains illegal material, we act promptly to remove it or disable access to it. Our rules for course content are in the Acceptable Use and Content Standards, and the way to tell us about a problem is on the Copyright and takedown page.

9. Links to other websites

Our sites link to websites run by others. We looked at them when we added the link, but we do not control them and do not adopt their content as our own. If you tell us that a linked page contains illegal content, we will check it and remove the link if it does.

10. Copyright

The design of our sites, our texts, graphics, marks and our own courses belong to us unless stated otherwise. A course written by an independent creator belongs to that creator, who licenses it to us. You may not copy or reuse either beyond what copyright law allows without the rights holder’s written permission. To ask about our own material, write to info@neda-els.com.
