Cookie Policy

Esta página se muestra en inglés. El texto en inglés es el que prevalece hasta que las traducciones hayan pasado una revisión jurídica.

Draft — pending legal review. Version 2.1 · Effective 20 October 2026 · Last updated 19 October 2026. This text is in force as published here; it is being reviewed by a lawyer and may be revised, and any revision that affects you will be announced as described below.

This page is written in English, and the English text is the authoritative version. It is shown in English whichever language you choose in the language switcher, with a short note at the top in your language, until translations of our policies have had legal review.

This page lists the cookies and similar browser storage that Neda eCampus uses, what each one is for, how long it lasts, and which ones need your consent. It was written from a measurement of what the platform actually stores in a fresh browser, and we measure again whenever the platform changes. How we use personal data more generally is explained in the Privacy Policy.

1. The short version

  • Almost everything we store is strictly necessary: it signs you in, keeps your basket, protects forms against forgery, makes payments safe, or remembers a choice you made yourself, such as your language. The law allows these without consent, because the service cannot work without them.
  • One thing needs your consent: marketing cookies that record how you found us. They are set only if you allow them, and removed at once if you change your mind.
  • We use no analytics, no advertising and no social-media tracking, and we do not sell data.

2. What “cookies and similar storage” means

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits. Websites can also keep information in your browser’s “local storage” or “session storage”. The same rules apply to all of them: storing or reading information on your device needs your consent, unless it is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for. This page covers all three, and calls them “cookies” for short.

3. Your choices

When you first visit nedaecampus.com, a banner asks for your choice. The same choice applies on the Moodle learning platform. Accept all and Reject all look the same and are equally easy to use, and Choose cookies lets you decide category by category. You can keep using the site while the banner is open, and nothing that needs consent is set before you choose.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the page footer, or open your cookie settings here. The settings show when your current choice was saved. Withdrawing consent deletes the marketing cookies straight away; it does not undo what happened before.

Your choice applies to nedaecampus.com and all its sub-sites at once. We remember it in a cookie of its own (section 4), so that we do not ask again on every page, and we ask again after 180 days or when we add a new purpose. We do not keep a record of your choice anywhere else. If you are under 14, a parent or guardian needs to make this choice with you.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block the strictly necessary ones, you will not be able to sign in, keep a basket or pay, because that is what they are for. Deleting them signs you out.

5. Choices you make yourself

These remember something you asked for. They are written only when you make the choice, they stay on your device, and they are not used to identify or follow you. Because refusing them would undo the very thing you just asked for, they count as strictly necessary and are not switched off by “Reject all”.

sbjs_migrations, sbjs_current, sbjs_current_add, sbjs_first, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_udata, sbjs_session, sbjs_promoSet by our shop software (WooCommerce order attribution) on nedaecampus.com. They record how you came to the site — the referring website or campaign, the page you arrived on, the type of device and how many pages you viewed — and, if you buy something, save that with your order. This tells us which of our channels bring people to the courses. Nothing is shared with an advertising company.Until you close the browser; sbjs_session 30 minutes

These cookies are set only after you allow Marketing in the banner, and deleted as soon as you refuse or withdraw. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We use no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies; if that ever changes, we will add a new category here, and the banner will ask everyone again before anything new is set.

7. Third parties

Pages on nedaecampus.com load nothing from an advertising, analytics or social-media company. Some features involve another company when you use them:

  • The language switcher. No other company is involved. The translations of the pages of nedaecampus.com are prepared in advance and stored on our own server, so choosing a language contacts no translation service and sends no page text to anyone. Your choice is kept in the neda_lang cookie (section 5). We no longer use GTranslate, and the switcher deletes the __GT_TRANSLATE_LANGS entry that it used to leave in your browser.
  • Signing in with Google. You are taken to Google’s site to sign in, and Google sets cookies there under its own policy. Signing in with a password avoids this.
  • Paying by card. Stripe’s payment form runs on the checkout page and sets the cookies listed in section 4.
  • The learning platforms. Some pages of the Moodle and Open edX platforms load software libraries or fonts from public content delivery networks (Cloudflare’s cdnjs, jsDelivr and Google Fonts), which see your IP address. We are moving these files onto our own server; the Privacy Policy lists them until then.

Links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn in the footer are plain links: nothing is loaded from those services until you click one.
