Not yet. The packages are coming soon. If you would like to start, or have questions in the meantime, contact us.
What is included in the price?
Your own space for your courses, Neda Creator at no extra charge, secure managed hosting with maintenance and platform updates, and one-account sign-in for you and your learners. You pay for the space and the service around it, not separately for the tool you build with.
Is VAT added to the price?
No. We use the Austrian small-business exemption, so we do not charge VAT. The yearly price shown is the total you pay.
How does renewal work?
Each package renews automatically at the end of each yearly term, and we email you before every renewal. Any fee change is announced at least 30 days ahead, so you can cancel before it applies. The full renewal and cancellation terms will be in the Creator Agreement before the packages go on sale.
Do I need two-step login?
Yes. Creator accounts sign in with a password and a code from an authenticator app. If you lose access to your app, write to info@neda-els.com from the email address on your account and we will help you back in.
Can I invite someone to help me build a course?
Yes. Invite collaborators to help build, review or view your course, depending on the access you give them.
Do my learners need a separate account?
No. One Neda eCampus account signs them in to the website and to whichever platform your course runs on.
Who owns my courses?
You do. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and sell them on Neda eCampus, and your Neda Creator projects stay yours. See the Creator Agreement.
Can I add more courses later?
Yes. A larger package adds course spaces, and nothing you have already built is affected.
What happens to my learners if I stop paying?
Learners who are already enrolled keep their access. A missed payment, archiving a course or the end of your agreement does not take it away.
What is Academy+ for?
For organisations that need a learning platform of their own rather than a space on Neda eCampus: structure and branding shaped around you, course capacity agreed with you, and setup, hosting, maintenance and updates handled by us. It is quoted case by case.
